Joan McCuen

Joan McCuen, an independent contractor and advisor to Experien Health Sciences, has more than 25 years of diverse experience with international chemical control regulations. She is a well-known expert and accomplished speaker on TSCA regulations, both in the U.S. and in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the U.K. She has established lasting relationships with senior officials at EPA's Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics and has negotiated cost-effective notifications of new substances with a number of foreign governments. Through active participation on a number of international trade association committees, she also has worked toward harmonization of chemical control regulations worldwide. In addition, Joan has worked alongside our toxicologists and she is a valuable asset to our team and our clients.
