Cliff Woodward, an independent contractor, serves as the company's strategic partner for engineering services and is licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services as a Mold Assessment Consultant. He has more than 40 years of experience in a number of core chemical engineering areas including 12 years experience in the forensic investigation of damage caused by water and mold. Since 1996, he has completed more than 1,000 investigations of water-damaged residential and commercial buildings, schools, churches, hospitals, and senior care facilities. He has also completed forensic engineering investigations of explosions and hazardous chemical releases for a number of commercial insurance carriers.
